Talk·2·Talk is an educational software tool built into some of our programs. It can support a number of different languages, giving teachers the opportunity to develop skills in both MFL and EAL.

Our Talk·2·Talk software is delivered in two formats:

• With the core language as English

• With the core language as Welsh

As far as the user is concerned, the core language is the only language on offer. However, further languages can be purchased and installed into Talk·2·Talk software at any time. Any of the installed languages can then be selected as the First or Second language for the program.

You can use any two at a time – a sort of instant translation. Use it to give younger EAL pupils a taste of home, then introduce an English echo until they're ready for solo English.
