We know it may sound obvious, but please ensure your order includes:
Name, address and telephone number
Any order number you might need for reference
Unfortunately, we cannot take orders through our website, but we can accept payments through PayPal - see details below.
All prices shown exclude VAT and delivery. We charge carriage at the following rates:
The first item is £3.50 including VAT
Each additional item is 50p including VAT
It may be necessary to pass your name and address on to a third party if the items you wish to buy are from another supplier. We do not give or sell your details to anyone else under any other circumstances.
Payments
When you send us your order, we'll send you a PayPal ‘Request for payment’. You don't have to have a Paypal account to use this service: you can use any credit card to make your payment through PayPal's secure website. As soon as we receive your payment we’ll either email your paid invoice and licence or post off your pack. Other payment methods:

You can pay us directly from your bank account using the BACS system by arrangement. Please send us details so that we can reconcile your account.
