Getting started with RESOURCE software

Click an item in the list below if you are:

installing Resource software for the first time

upgrading the licence on a previous installation

If you have bought download software or bought an upgrade to an exisiting licence you will have been emailed a Licence Agreement with your serial number on it. This number will have been recorded in our database before being sent.

You shouldn't need to reinstall – to use your new serial number:
Run your currently installed edition. As the program launches, version details are on the Splash screen.
Press CONTROL + F1 from the Title screen.
Type in your new serial number.

Installation

The programs on the CD will run on any computer which has Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista (unless indicated otherwise) and at least 20Mb of space on the hard disk.

Check your licence details

If you have bought a full pack you should have a Registration/Licence Agreement card. This holds details of your licence, a serial number to unlock your software, and a returnable registration card. We will keep a record of your serial number in case you lose your copy when we receive your card.

Choose Products from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.

Select a title from a list to be taken to the product's information page.

Click the Install button and you will be guided through the installation process.

Uninstall

To remove any installation:

On XP or earlier: Choose Start > Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs.

On Vista: Choose Start > Control Panel> Programs > Uninstall a program.
